CANCELLATION POLICY
Please understand that my time is valuable, and I reserve your appointment just for you. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel, reschedule, or make any changes to your booked service. Any service changes, removals, or downgrades (including shortening appointment time or removing add-ons) must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Changes made within 24 hours will be charged at the originally booked service price. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, or if you no-show, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
